Reservations

You can reserve any item that is on loan. There is no charge.

You can reserve items in several ways:

• Visit the Library and fill in a reservation form.
• Send us an email [email protected].
• Reserve online via the online catalogue. Search the catalogue for the item you want and click the 'reserve this item' button. You will need to be logged in. Please note that you can only reserve items that are already in our collection - to request an item not in our collection, read on below.

You will be notified by email or by post when the item is ready for you to collect.

Reservations placed online are not available the same day. If you want to reserve an item that is not on loan please contact us.

Requests

You can request any item that is not already in our collection. If it's considered suitable to add to our stock, our librarians will get it for you.

There is no charge.

You can request items in several ways:

• Visit the Library and fill in a request form.
• Email [email protected].

You will be notified by email or by post either when the item is ready for collection or if we have considered it unsuitable to be added to our stock.
