We are proud to partner with Bailiwick Social Prescribing, a free scheme linking people with sources of non-medical support, helping to improve their health and wellbeing.

An early intervention service which uses guided tools to support your mental wellbeing. Trained practitioners can hold up to 6 one-to-one sessions with you via video calls, telephone, or face-to-face.

Offering short-term therapeutic interventions for adults aged 17 plus who have mild to moderate anxiety and depression. Healthy Minds hold some client meetings at the Library.
