Lunch break meditation
Join us for a 20 minute guided meditation session. Tuesdays 12:30-12:50 in the Dorey Room on the second floor.
Take your shoes off and sit, stand or lay in the comfort and quiet of the Dorey Room on the second floor of the Library. A perfect fit around your lunch break or a quiet stop during your day. Meditation can help with focus, mental energy and improve your mood for the week ahead.
