Late Night Shopping - Stories with the Christmas Elf
17:30-19:00 around town. Our festive Library Elf will be out and about telling Christmas stories during late night shopping.
Tuesday 17 Decmber
Little Puffin Signing
10:30-11:00 in the Children's Library. Come along to the Children’s Library to learn some festive signs with Steph from Little Puffin Signing. We’ll use songs and books to make learning the signs super fun and interactive. Booking essential - book your place here.
Tuesday 17 December
Elf Story Walk
18:30-19:30 meeting at Liberation Monument. Our Storytelling Elf will be your guide as we follow the trail of a festive tale. Bring your seasonal costumes, your torches, wrap up warm and get excited for Christmas as we enjoy a group story through St. Peter Port, ending at the Market Square. Most suitable for 6-10 year olds. Thursday 19 December
Christmas Stories in the Tower
16:00-16:30 & 16:45-17:15 in the Story Tower. Join us for some festive stories up on the fourth floor. Most suitable for children aged 4- 8. Booking essential - book your place here.
Monday 23 December
Christmas Crafts & Stories
10:30-11:30 in the Hayward Room on the second floor. Join us at the library for some festive stories, activities and crafts. This is family event and all are welcome but most suitable for children aged 3-8. No need to book, just come and join in the fun.
Tuesday 24 December
Christmas Stories
11:00-11:30 in the Children's Library. Come along for some festive stories on Christmas Eve! Suitable for the whole family, no need to book just come and join in the fun.
Friday 27 December
Lego Community Build
10:00-16:00 in the Children's Library. We'll have the Lego boxes out all day - drop in and build something! Suitable for all ages, no need to book.
Monday 30 December
Community Library stories and rhyme time
10:00-10:45 at La Nouvelle Maraitaine Community Library. Come along for a winter themed story and rhyme time session! Most suitable for children aged 2-4 but all welcome. No need to book just join in the fun!
Thursday 2 January
Baby Social
10:30-11:30 in the Dorey Room on the second floor. Songs and rhymes for under 1s, followed by sensory play and tea & chat for the grown ups. Booking essential - book your place here.
Friday 3 January
Turbo Tots
10:00-10:45 in the Hayward Room on the second floor. Join us for an extended version of Tots with stories, songs and rhymes in the Hayward Room on the second floor. Most suitable for ages 1-3 but all welcome. Booking essential - book your place here.
